International Warehousing Company Ltd (IWC), a wholly Ghanaian owned private company, was incorporated in 2004 as a limited liability company under the Companies Act of Ghana. It is a subsidiary under LMI Holdings and was formed in response to the need for premium quality warehouse facilities in the country’s Free Trade Zones. Our aim is to increase the operating efficiency of our clients by providing logistic solutions for them and their customers.
Since inception, we have constructed and operated over 41,600 square meters of standard warehouses and 2000 square meters of specialised in-storage warehouses. We have also been engaged to construct several thousand square meters of warehouse facilities for corporate institutions both government and private across Ghana.
